Order Processing and Shipment

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 days after payment is received.
  • Shipping Method: Most orders are shipped via USPS with tracking and without requiring a signature. Delivery typically takes 7-10 days.
  • Signature Delivery: If you prefer delivery with a required signature, additional costs apply. Please contact us to arrange this service via UPS Extra.

Regardless of the chosen shipping method, you will receive a link to track your package online.

Shipping Fees

  • Continental US (CONUS): We offer free shipping on all orders. Prices include handling, packing, and postage costs.
  • International Orders: A flat rate shipping fee applies, which covers handling, packing, and postage costs. Please note that customs charges, import fees, and other related costs are not included. If the actual shipping costs are less than the charged amount, we will refund or credit the difference upon request.

To minimize shipping costs, we recommend grouping your items into one order. Separate orders cannot be combined, and shipping fees will apply to each order individually.

Package Care

We take special care to protect fragile items. Boxes are generously sized to ensure your items are well-protected during transit.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: You have up to 30 days from the date of your order to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. This is solely at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact Your Bank: Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
